For tempering
mustard -1 tsp

Preparation
Heat a 2 tbsp of oil in a pan .Add the peanut ,urad dal cumin seeds ,when they are turn light brown add green chillies and curry leaves.
Now add fresh cilantro and mango pieces let it cook for 5 minutes.Allow to cool and blend to a smooth paste.
Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil and add mustard seeds, red chillies and hing,curry leaves.When it splutters, pour over the chutney.
