- 2 Big size Capsicum or Bell pepper
- Onions -1
- Green chilies -2
- Rasam powder -1 tsp
- Chili powder-1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
- Flax seeds -1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
- For garnish cilantro
Preparation :
- Wash the capsicum (bell peppers)thoroughly,chop into small size,and chop onions also,keep a side.
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan ,add mustard seeds,cumin,red chili and flax seeds,when they splutter add onions green chilies and saute until it is semi cooked.
- Then add chopped capsicum stir well.
- After capsicum cooked add the rasam powder,salt and mix well.sprinkle water in between and mixing as required.
- Cover the lid,in between once the curry is cooked garnish with cilantro..
- Served with roti and rice too.
