Ingredients :
red chillies (pandu mirapalu) -10 or 15
tamarind (chintapandu) - lime size ball
fenugreek seeds (menthulu) -1table spoon
mustard seeds (aavalu) -1/2 tea spoon
urad dal -1/2 tea spoon
cumin seeds -1/2 tea spoon
curry leaves - 5 or 6
garlic cloves -6
oil -3 tea spoons
salt - 1 tea spoon
hing -pinch
wash red chillies and air dry.
grind the chillies and tamarind ,salt in acorse paste without water,now add garlic cloves and blend again.
adjust salt and tamarind level according to the spice ness of the chillies.
for tempering in a pan add oil ,mustard seeds,cumin,urad dal and fenugreek seeds mix will cook till the dal are slight brown colour ,add hing ,and curry leaves.
now add the tempering to blended pickle.
